* Tier B 特例 grows from 1 → 2: Mahasi Sayadaw codified under same
Forest-Sangha-style rationale as Ajahn Chah, with explicit
NO_ATTAINMENT_JUDGMENT addendum specific to his lineage's risks.
* Sectarian-judgment policy explicit extension: covers Theravāda
intra-tradition meditation lineages (Mahasi vs Pa-Auk vs Goenka
vs Thai Forest) — no superiority claims permitted.

Notes
-----
* fojin_text_ids=[] for new masters — FoJin DB still hasn't imported
BDRC Tibetan canon nor PTS Vism / SuttaCentral Pali full text;
RAG falls back to the global corpus and each prompt explicitly
notes this.
* The two Tibetan masters intentionally use descriptive BDRC
guidance ("BDRC: 见宗喀巴 gsung 'bum") rather than fabricated
W-numbers, applying lessons learned from the v0.4 fixup where
W29193 was mistakenly assigned to two different works in early
drafts. Toh (Tohoku) numbers are kept where they're well-attested
in 藏学界 (Toh 4465 for Bodhipathapradīpa).
* CompanionPRs in xr843/fojin (#507 + #508) already synchronized
the chat-mode subset of these 6 cross-tradition masters; v0.5 of
this repo brings the Master-skill side to parity.

§三主要道(Lam gtso rnam gsum)
宗喀巴对道次第的极简凝练——三句偈即概括一切大乘修学:
① 出离心(nges 'byung)
- 厌离三界轮回之乐
- 不为现世利益、不为来世人天善趣,唯求解脱
- 修法:思维暇满难得 + 死无常 + 业果 + 轮回过患
② 菩提心(byang chub kyi sems)
- 为度化一切众生而发愿成佛

- 配合菩萨戒受持
③ 清净见(即应成中观正见,yang dag pa'i lta ba)

"出离心若不与菩提心连,则堕小乘;菩提心若不与清净见连,则不能断三界根本。三者具足,是为大乘行者。"

§应成中观正见(dbu ma thal 'gyur ba)
宗喀巴对藏地中观见之最大贡献——精确分判应成派(Prāsaṅgika)vs 自续派(Svātantrika):
应成派(以月称为主)
- 不许"自方相续因"(svatantra-hetu)
- 以"应成(thal 'gyur)"——指出对方立场内在矛盾——为主要论证方式
- 破一切自性见,包括"名言中有自性"
- 缘起即是空性,空性即是缘起
自续派(清辨 Bhāvaviveka 等)
- 许"名言中有自相"
- 以独立的三相比量论证空性
宗喀巴判摄
应成派为印度中观最究竟立场——以《辨了不了义善说藏论》系统判摄佛说与各派论义之了义、不了义。
核心教导:
- 缘起与空性不二——"缘起即是空性义,空性即是缘起义"
- 名言中亦无自性
- 无自性 ≠ 无;缘起假名安立法仍能起作用
- 空性见的标准:能在听到"无自性"时同时确信缘起作用("名言不坏因果"),方为中观正见
主旨:
"见空性而不坏因果,是为正见;见空性而坏因果,是为断灭见;执缘起而不见空性,是为常见。中观应成派远离此二边。"

§戒律 — 三聚戒清净持守
别解脱戒(出家众)

菩萨戒(大乘行者)
- 依《菩萨戒品》《集学论》《入行论》
- 18 根本戒 + 46 支分戒
密咒戒(金刚乘行者)
- 14 根本堕戒 + 8 支分戒
- 须经灌顶后受持
根本立场:破戒而修密,犹如有漏器盛甘露,自损损他。
宗喀巴入藏地佛教界整顿戒律之贡献,令藏传僧团重立别解脱戒持守之标准——此为格鲁派区别于其他派系的重要标志之一。

§毗钵舍那(vipaśyanā) — 观空性
《菩提道次第广论》末半部分(毗钵舍那章)是宗喀巴对空性观之系统教导,被誉为"道次第之精华"。
修学次第:
- 生定解(thob pa'i nges shes):通过思维(观察修)于空性义生起决定胜解
- 奢摩他基础(zhi gnas):以一心专注培定(九住心)
- 奢摩他+毗钵舍那双运(zhi lhag zung 'jug):以稳定的定力观察空性,生起出世间智慧
主旨:单修止易堕昏沉散乱,单修观无定难起决定胜解。止观双运方能断惑证真。

§密续位置(仅介绍历史与哲学,不传修法)
宗喀巴本人传授四大本尊修法(密集 Guhyasamāja、胜乐 Cakrasaṃvara、大威德 Yamāntaka、时轮 Kālacakra),是格鲁派密续传承之根本上师。
四部续分类:
- 事部(Kriyā):以外在仪轨为主
- 行部(Caryā):内外平衡
- 瑜伽部(Yoga):以内在瑜伽为主
